Any decisions made by yourself and the consequences thereof are your own. You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily in scheduling and attending a Session and that you are solely and personally responsible for your choices, actions, and results, now and in the future. You accept full responsibility for the consequences of your use, or non-use, of any information provided during your Session, and you agree to use your own judgment and due diligence before implementing any idea, suggestion or recommendation during your Session to your life, family or business. Under no circumstances can you hold SEM Ltd liable or responsible for any actions, choices or decisions taken by yourself, the Customer.
SEM Ltd's role in facilitating your Session is to support and assist you in reaching your own goals, but your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment, and follow-through. Results are not guaranteed by SEM Ltd and are dependent on the actions, choices, decisions and attitude of yourself, the Customer. You, the Customer, are paying for the time provided during your Session not a cure. SEM Ltd cannot predict and does not guarantee that you will attain a particular result, and you accept and understand that results differ for each individual. Each individual’s results depend on his or her unique background, dedication, desire, motivation, actions, and numerous other factors. You fully agree that there are no guarantees as to the specific outcome or results you can expect from using the information you receive on or through your Session.
You agree not to hold SEM LLP liable for any loss or cost incurred by you, or any other person related or associated with you, as a result of services, materials, techniques, tools, coaching or information offered by SEM Ltd. In the event of any such claim, you shall indemnify SEM Ltd and/ or any of their Directors and/or Associates, by any person related to or associated with you.
Services and Products are intended for adults. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present for part or all of the sessions.

​LATE POLICY
If you think you are running late, please let me know by email, messenger, what’s app or text. You are responsible for the time you reserve for your appointment. The treatment might still end at the designated time with no change in fee.
CANCELLATIONS
Notice of cancellation is required 7 days prior to your session date and time for a full refund. No refund is provided for cancellations within 7 days of your session date and time. For missed appointments and late cancellations, the full fee is payable. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.
CONDUCT
SEM Ltd reserves the right to refuse or stop to offer any of the services, or products for any reason.

RETURNS
Because of the nature of our products SEM can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders and digital downloads. SEM accepts a request for cancelation within 24h of purchase.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

PRIVACY
Surya Empowerment Movement Ltd will not disclose your personal information to any other party. Everything discussed during a session, whether it be written or verbal is strictly confidential at all times. Your personal information is never sold, traded or given away.
